You'll be astounded at the range of food in those steaming aisles under the hot lights at East Buffet, but you're going to have to get it yourself. (Remember that each trip to the buffet table counts as a form of exercise.) Although this is technically a Chinese restaurant, the food spans many Asian cuisines, so if your spice tolerance is fairly low, you'll find something mild among the lo mein, fried rice, spare ribs, King crab legs, Peking Duck, barbecued beef, sushi, tempura, satay, curries and dumplings. If you're a buffet veteran, then you'll know not to pile up your plate on the first visit -- that type of behavior is for amateurs who don't know how to pace themselves.
